Position Overview :

Pay Rate : $60 - $65 per hour

Contract Length : 14 Months

Location : Seattle, WA (hybrid)

Responsibilities :

Implement the Global Field Communications strategy within the APAC region, focusing on themes of Pride, Connection, and Stability.
Adapt and manage the execution of global plans to ensure they resonate locally within the APAC region.
Develop and execute a storytelling strategy that showcases APAC successes, highlights employee achievements, and more.
Create engaging and impactful content to communicate key messages and updates that matter to APAC employees.

Qualifications :

At least 5 years of experience in employee or internal communications, with a strong background in content creation, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience in a global organization is advantageous but not required.

Flexibility to work varying hours to ensure collaboration with both APAC-based partners and a global communications team.

A collaborative and inclusive thinker, committed to building strong partnerships that drive meaningful impact.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing the business principles and communicating effectively with executive stakeholders.

Salary : $60 - $65
