Job Title: Order Management Analyst

Duration: 6 Months of contract with possible extension

Job Description:
This role is an hybrid role based in Culver City and supports the Wholesale team to execute the sampling strategy and other operations activities. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Wholesale and may require occasional travel.
Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the Wholesale Support Team to maximize sell-in through sales tools.
- Support VP of Sales in operational functions and manage team hiring, training, and performance.
- Coordinate team calendar, deliverables, sales calls, and document maintenance.
- Oversee sample management, tracking, and seasonal returns.
- Manage Go-To-Market (GTM) launches, ensuring timely delivery of assets and weekly updates to VP and sales team.
Seasonal Asset Execution
- Coordinate sample line fulfillment for prelines and sales conferences.
- Collaborate with Wholesale Merchant on seasonal sample selections and budgeting.
- Manage creative linesheet needs, review drafts for accuracy, and ensure timely updates.
- Consolidate assets for sales conferences.
Sales Tools & Retail Marketing Assets
- Ensure timely delivery of seasonal PDP, editorial, and lifestyle imagery.
- Manage sales tool creation and updates using project management tools like Asana.
Tradeshow and Event Management
- Organize tradeshows, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee booth setup/breakdown.
- Track attendance, order equipment, and coordinate team needs during shows.
- Analyze profitability and suggest resource allocation for future events.
B2B Tools
- Manage B2B platforms (JOOR/NuOrder), troubleshoot issues, and optimize tools with VP of Sales.
- Oversee seasonal execution and updates of B2B tools by team members.
Salary : $32 - $35
