We are currently hiring for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant role with a dynamic organization.

- Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
- Location: Seattle, WA (preferred) or Austin, TX | Hybrid: Onsite 2-3 days/week
- Pay Rate: $90 - $98/hr W2
- Duration: 6 -12 Months Possible Multiple Ext.
About the Role:
- Conduct discovery interviews to assess current workflows, structures, and governance.
- Utilize methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate working sessions, presenting assessments and aligning stakeholders on future state objectives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, addressing risks and creating mitigation plans.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and provide regular progress updates to sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or change management.
- Proficiency in organizational effectiveness principles, including strategy, operating models, and process improvement.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Prosci (preferred but not required).
Salary : $90 - $98
