Job Title : Sample Coordinator
Duration : 6-8 weeks with possible extension
Location : San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate : $22- $24 / hr
No interview. You’ll be hired modern hire video test basis.
Responsibilities :
Unbox, organize, and track product samples
Conduct Quality Assurance checks on incoming samples
Coordinate with merchandising teams for Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs)
Manage sample logistics and communicate product priorities
Track and route samples to required destinations
Troubleshoot sample-related issues and ensure smooth processes
Maintain organization and efficiency in sample coordination
Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Preferred) Further education in business, college, or university
- Preferred) Experience with Mac / PC, Microsoft Excel & database tools
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Experience in retail, sample coordination, or inventory management is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent worker
- Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 25 lbs
