Job Title: SAP GTS Functional Analyst / Solution Architect
Location: Clara, CA (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months with Possible extension
Pay Rate: $90 - $97/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Functional Analyst / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative SAP GTS solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and delivering end-to-end SAP GTS and SD solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements & translate them into technical/functional specs
- Design cross-functional SAP solutions
- Configure SAP GTS/SD modules and ensure proper documentation
- Lead all phases of testing (unit, integration, UAT, performance)
- Handle data conversion & ensure data integrity
- Evaluate new technologies & recommend enhancements
Functional Knowledge:
- Expertise in SAP GTS Compliance (Sanctioned Party List, Embargo, Legal Control)
- Experience with Customs Management & AES filings via Broker Interface
- Hands-on with SD Billing, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Copy Control
- Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash flow & Warehouse Management
- Familiar with Commercial Invoice & Customs Declaration docs
Problem Solving & Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinker, able to solve complex problems creatively
- Strong judgment using multiple data sources
- Excellent communicator, able to explain complex topics clearly
- Team player with a proactive mindset
Requirements:
- 6 8 years SAP SD & GTS configuration experience
- 2 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experience moving changes to production, with testing & documentation
- Strong English (written & spoken)
- Organized, self-starter, able to work independently
- Confident in presenting solutions to business & tech stakeholders
