- 5 Years of Experience : At least 5 years of professional experience (2019 graduate or earlier), with a proven track record in computer vision or deep learning.
- Hands-On Generative AI Skills : Strong familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques such as DreamBooth and / or training LoRAs for vision models. You’ve shipped or published work in generative models for images or video.
- System Design Knowledge : Experience architecting scalable solutions—whether fine-tuning for speed, optimizing inference pipelines, or balancing cost efficiency with cutting-edge performance.
- Social Media Insight : Previous exposure to building or integrating AI solutions within social platforms is a huge plus.
- Self-Starter Attitude : Comfortable taking initiative and independently driving projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
