Job Title : Staff Software Engineer - Front End

Location : Pleasanton, CA (1 day onsite per week)

Employment Type : 6 Months Contract to Hire

Only : W2 or C2C (Self-Corp)

Pay Rate : $65–$75 per hour on W2

Salary Upon Conversion : $160,000–$170,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop scalable full-stack web applications, focusing on React / Next.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).
• Build responsive, interactive UIs using React / Next.js with clean, modular code.
• Develop efficient, event-driven services with Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize performance and address scalability challenges.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications :

8 years building scalable web applications

4 years with RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Hands-on with relational (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
