Schedule: M-F 8-5/8-430 (30 min or 1 hour non-billable lunch) with flex depending on business needs
MUST PASS MVR
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of various battery module and pack level tests and document all test observations and collect required data. Instrument cells, modules, and packs for special testing working with battery assembly lined to build instrumented modules/packs. Occasionally travel between locations to support special instrumentation assignments. Support the calibration and maintenance of instrumentation, test measurement and diagnostic equipment to support the testing requirements of team and serve as resource to team on troubleshooting equipment, calibration and measurement.
Support facility startup operations for commissioning and integration of battery test systems, ability to follow detailed drawings and test procedures and execute tasks at a high level of detail and quality. Support design and modify fixtures and instrumentation for battery testing. Maintain a clean and organized working area to maintain overall shop cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision.
Humble to learn new knowledge and develop new skills. Proficient in MS office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience in lithium ion batteries, module, and pack are a plus. Experience with building and installing harnesses is a plus. Electrical and or mechanical experience is a plus.
