What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Bayone?
I'm reaching out to you as I'm going to be needing an HR Generalist for our Seattle, WA office for a 6-month term starting in March, to cover for one of my Sr. HRMs who is temporarily taking on a HRBP role. I would like to share the Job Description with you and see if you have any candidate resumes available for viewing. This is an on-site role and it's full-time.
This person would need to have a background in handling leaves of absence [FMLA / CFRA / ADA] for the state of WA and California, as well as experience with onboarding / offboarding and some background in handling immigration visas. I would say 70% of the role would be handling the US leaves / benefits for all US employees.
