- Size and design HVAC systems using industry-standard software
- Prepare ductwork designs and ensure compliance with local codes
- Complete permitting documentation and energy calculations
- Estimate material and labor costs per project
- Maintain accurate records and adapt documentation to reflect onsite construction changes
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to new tools and processes
- Prior experience with Wrightsoft and EnergyGuage software required
- Physical capability to perform desk work and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds
