What You’ll Do:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide top-tier technical support—remote & in-person—via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across workstations, printers, phones, and tablets.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior IT pros.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software, drivers, and maintenance tools.
- Keep track of IT assets and ensure smooth IT operations across the company.
Ticket & User Management
- Document and track all IT support requests, resolutions, and interactions.
- Prioritize and resolve tickets efficiently within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
Collaboration & Customer Service
- Communicate technical solutions in a clear, user-friendly manner.
- Work closely with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
📌 Experience:- 2 years in a Help Desk or IT support role.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
- Experience with basic network troubleshooting.
- Associate’s degree in IT or a related field OR relevant IT certifications (A , ITIL, Modern Desktop Admin, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated and proactive in tackling IT challenges.
