HVAC Division Manager- Tampa
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is accepting applications for an HVAC Division Manager to help grow our Tampa Location.
As Division Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our HVAC operations. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring the personnel needed to maintain the workload and achieve growth while creating and maintaining efficiencies, minimizing operating cost while providing a high level of service to our customers.
We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years management or team-lead experience
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation or repair experience
- Ability to relate well with employees
- Superior customer interaction
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Computer and technology savvy
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
