Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restore Manager to oversee our store operations. The Restore Manager will be responsible for managing a team of volunteers, ensuring efficient project completion, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of managing the store
- Conduct volunteer orientation and training/safety programs
- Develop and implement strategies to market the Restore
- Provide leadership and guidance to all volunteers and members of the team
- Price goods and negotiate with customers
- Conduct regular inspections of work site to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with other Habitat staff members to ensure seamless coordination
- Maintain accurate records of store sales and expenses
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in retail math for accurate pricing calculations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, volunteers, employees, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with market trends in the consignment trends
