Job Overview:
Bayou City Luxe is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent & Social Media Ambassador to assist with leasing vacant properties, guest relations, office administrative duties, and social media marketing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, property management, and digital marketing who enjoys engaging with prospective tenants and clients while creating engaging content to showcase our properties and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Guest Relations:
- Conduct virtual property tours and assist prospects with leasing inquiries.
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails using company-provided systems.
- Assist with leasing applications, tenant screenings, and lease signing coordination.
- Communicate check-in/check-out instructions to guests for short-term rentals.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless stay.
- Maintain property availability and pricing updates across multiple platforms.
Social Media & Marketing:
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content (photos, videos, and stories) on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Highlight available rental listings, community highlights, and Bayou City Luxe services.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster an online community.
- Analyze social media engagement and suggest improvements to increase visibility.
- Stay updated on trends in real estate and hospitality to optimize marketing efforts.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with office tasks such as answering calls, emails, and data entry.
- Update listings, schedules, and property management software.
- Support property visits and inspections as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with potential tenants.
- Social media savvy with experience in content creation (Reels, Stories, Posts).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of property management and real estate leasing preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Must have a reliable smartphone, laptop, and transportation.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
