What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Maintenance Tech position at Bayou Oaks Apartments?
Full Time Maintenance Technician for large apt. community - Must have prior apartment industry experience. Must have experience in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC. HVAC certification not required but prefered. Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check. Will rotate on-call schedule every other week once trained.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
