General Description:
The Material Handler / Crane Operator handles all crane functions needed to handle materials for all operations.

The Material Handler / Crane Operator handles all crane functions needed to handle materials for all operations.
Main Responsibilities Duties:
- Perform daily equipment inspection attachments, record or log and notify Operations lead, coordinator, or supervisor if there are any problems and/or issues with the equipment.
- Coordinate with the Machine Operator / Supervisors on all work orders in production.
- Equipment must be inspected before each shift
- Make sure daily coil list is available and updated.
- Communicate and transfer material needed for orders
- Perform the staging and inspection of all materials before processing
- Report damaged / Stain or non-conforming products to quality rep
- Organize and make space daily
- Update Locations and Scale weigh products.
- Complete all daily tasks given and communicate if not completed
- Make sure all paperwork gets processed or completed by request
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Empty scrap hoppers daily and record weight on scrap log.
- Assist shipping and receiving operations when needed.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area daily.
- Assist in the operation of machine in the absence of the primary machine operator.
- Identify process deficiencies and report to management.
- Report any non-conforming product to the Quality Team
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Attend all required training and safety sessions.
- Immediately, report all safety violations or unsafe work conditions.
- Assist in other areas of the operation when required.

- 3-year minimum overhead crane experience / equipment certification
- Able to report in for 6:00am shift
