- Accurately enter customer information and data into the system for record-keeping.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable with outbound calling as needed for follow-ups or surveys.
