POSITION SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Developer II is responsible for providing guidance, coordination, support and development of BayPort’s Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other related Salesforce solutions. The role includes project implementation, planning, design, execution and follow-up. The position works closely with credit union departments during the planning, selection and implementation phases of all Salesforce related initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SUPPORTING DUTIES:
- Serve as a primary developer for Salesforce Services.
- Oversee data integrity, data syncing, data imports, data dictionary.
- Ability to apply data models across multiple systems.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, design, development and implementation of new Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and support Salesforce apps, objects, flows, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- Establish user stories and prototypes followed by validation.
- Design meaningful solutions that adhere to requirements set.
- Document and maintain technical documentation for standards and support.
- Perform other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Required Experience:
- 3 - 5 years’ of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- 3 - 5 years’ of experience with MuleSoft.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in the information technology field, to include performing analysis of current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements
Required Knowledge:
- Proficiency in supporting Salesforce standard and custom objects.
- Fluent in declarative automation tools.
- Project integration, project management experience.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
- Experience defining business requirements and building implementation plans.
