Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms where our powder cosmetics batches are made. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and sterile environment for the production of high-quality cosmetics. The Cleaner will work closely with the production team to uphold cleanliness standards and meet health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and sterile environment for the production of high-quality cosmetics. The Cleaner will work closely with the production team to uphold cleanliness standards and meet health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas where powder cosmetics are manufactured, including production rooms, equipment, storage areas, and other relevant spaces.
- Disinfect surfaces, floors, walls, and any other areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in machinery, tools, and other production-related equipment to ensure they are free from contamination.
- Remove waste and dispose of it in accordance with company policies and environmental guidelines.
- Follow a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized between production cycles.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any shortages to the Production Manager.
- Follow proper safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down cleaning equipment as needed.
- Monitor and report any potential hazards or maintenance issues to the relevant team members.
- Maintain and adhere to all company policies regarding hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment, is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials, especially in a regulated environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning schedules.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in manufacturing or laboratory settings is desirable.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude toward the work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food production industries is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene requirements in a production environment.
