Summary
We are seeking a skilled Controller oversee our finance Dept . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. manage small Team of 3-5 member. you will manage day to day operation and plus produce financial report and data.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash management.
- Account Receivable and Account payable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- reconcile all Ecommerce Platform sales, return
- reconcile All Wholesale sales, return and Bank transaction
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Review and approval all the payment and expense ensure accurate
- understand financial software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly report: P&L Balance sheet etc
- Produce financial for each dept make better purchase decision
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- CPA Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree Require
- Minimum 5 years directly relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the electronics distribution industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge financial software applications.
- Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on account analysis and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage payroll processes effectively.
- Familiarity with cash management practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles is a plus.
