Duties
- Manage all aspects of the educational programs and services.
- Provide senior leadership in the development and implementation of educational strategies.

- Supervise and support staff members to ensure effective program delivery.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Education Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for education and a strong background in senior leadership within educational institutions.
- Creates and facilitates partnerships with local middle schools, high schools and colleges
- Facilitates and develops multi-visit programs with partners aligned to NJ Education standards.
- Reports to the Executive Director concerning areas of responsibilities.
- Other related duties may be assigned.

-Ability to develop and implement environmental and history based curriculum.
-Experience in developing partnerships, MOUs, and community education programs.
-2 years of Formal Educational experience.
-Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff
-Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
-Sufficient computer skills to Google Workspace - Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, & Calendar.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
