What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Bayshore Home Care?
Bayshore Home Care is growing and we are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in our St. Petersburg/Largo offices. The ideal candidate should have experience in a Home Care/Medical office and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with our clients and staff.
- Scheduling field employees (CNAs and HHAs) for private duty home care services ranging from 4 to 12 hours shifts
- Communication with clients and families regarding scheduling
- Assisting field employees with information regarding client care.
- Documenting all calls regarding client issues, staffing issues
- Notifying clients and field employees when scheduling changes occur
- Will provide the on-call team with up to date information on all current clients and employees
