Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full time Assistant Dietary Director!

We're currently seeking a motivated and skilled Certified Dietary Director to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling, training and supervising of dietary staff
Implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents, while adhering to dietary restrictions and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Work with other departments to coordinate special events and accommodate individual dietary needs.
Assist Dietary Director in planning, organizing, and developing the operations of the food and nutrition services department.
Qualifications:
Dietary Manager or comparable certification a plus
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must be knowledgeable of food and nutrition services practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing food and nutrition services functions in nursing care facilities.
