Job Title: Full-time and/or Part-Time NOC Registered Nurses
Description:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Full-time and/or Part-Time NOC Registered Nurses. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow your career, we offer training and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
- Supervising CNAs.
- Medication administration.
- Wound and treatment care.
- Providing general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility's nursing policy and procedure.
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review.
- Assessing and addressing resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors' orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
- CPR Certified.
