Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a RN Unit Manager to join the team!
Charge Nurse responsibilities include :
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
- Supervising CNAs and LPNs
- Medication Administration
- Wound and treatment care.
- Complete assessments and care plans.
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility's nursing policy and procedure.
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review.
