Nurse Manager (RN)

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a RN Unit Manager to join the team!

Charge Nurse responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs and LPNs
• Medication Administration
• Wound and treatment care.
• Complete assessments and care plans.
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure.
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
