Job Description :
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Indiana. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning, to individuals, couples, and families. The therapist will work in a clinical setting, using evidence-based approaches to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
This position requires availability for both days and evenings.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other appropriate approaches
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Provide crisis intervention as needed
Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, ethical guidelines, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Valid Indiana state license as an LPC , LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
