We are seeking a FULL TIME OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.
Our facility offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist Occupational Therapy Assistant with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers up to a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY
- Occupational Therapy Assistant conducts screenings of residents as scheduled for referral to Occupational Therapists.
- Occupational Therapy Assistant contributes objective data to Occupational Therapists as allowed by scope of practice.
- Occupational Therapy Assistant provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the OT plan of care.
- Occupational Therapy Assistant actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- A current Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be computer/tech savvy.
