Position Summary: The Dual Enrollment Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Bayside College and Southeastern University (SEU), guiding students and families through every stage of the dual enrollment process—from application to graduation. This role manages all program operations, including advising, registration, admissions, and communication. Additionally, the coordinator supports recruitment, marketing, and SUFS financial processes, ensuring a smooth transition for high school students into college-level coursework.

Prerequisites for Position:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in K-12 and College preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Dual Enrollment Management
- Oversee the full dual enrollment process—from application to continued enrollment.
- Maintain the student database and manage the Dual Enrollment email and contact lists.
- Collaborate with SEU to ensure students meet academic standards and understand course expectations.
- Student & Family Support
- Provide academic advising and assist with class selection, registration, and transcript requirements.
- Communicate regularly with students and families via email, phone, text, and Slack.
- Support SUFS processes, including funding communication and coordination with the Finance Director.
- Advise on high school and college transcripts, academic progress, and AA plans.
- Assist with creating homeschool transcripts and provide updates on state dual enrollment guidelines.
- Relationship Management
- Build relationships with Bayside and SEU faculty, staff, and advisors.
- Advocate for students, consult on academic progress, and implement interventions when needed.
- Align program goals with the Dual Enrollment Program Director.
- Recruitment & Outreach
- Support recruitment efforts through orientations, tours, and events like Preview Days.
- Assist with marketing and outreach to prospective students and families.
- Academic Support
- Support the Academic Director with undergraduate advising and registration.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with SEU staff to ensure operational alignment.
- Contribute to program growth and undergraduate conversion initiatives.
