POSITION TITLE: Facilities Manager
BAYSIDE PURPOSE: We exist to help people know God, find Family, live in Freedom and discover their Purpose.
MINISTRY PURPOSE: To maintain church property and facilities to provide a consistent environment that is clean and in good repair to accommodate the variety of ministries and programs whose vision is to positively impact our community and encourage people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40
REPORTS TO: Global Facilities Associate Director

REPORTS TO: Global Facilities Associate Director
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and repair the physical maintenance, operations, and upkeep of all buildings, facilities, and grounds, both inside and outside. This includes routine checks and repairs for plumbing, lighting, building structure, and grounds.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building systems and software, including HVAC, irrigation, fire and security alarms. Ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items. Retain the upkeep and repairs of equipment and grounds.
- Assist in planning and executing building construction or renovation projects. Manage events, contractors, and budgets related to facilities.
- Responsible for opening and closing buildings as needed.
- Supervise maintenance and custodial volunteers and/or staff.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit, train, and resource potential volunteers.
- Meets other tasks as assigned by the Campus Pastor and/or Global Facilities Director.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
1. Ability to resource all Bayside events with excellence.
2. Ability to adequately perform duties to completion.
3. Maintains adherence to safety compliance as necessary.
