TITLE: Production Coordinator (PT)
BAYSIDE PURPOSE: To Know God, Find Family, Live in Freedom, and Discover Purpose
MINISTRY PURPOSE: To create a distraction free environment that cultivates a spirit of
worship and encourages people to encounter Jesus.
POSITION STATUS: PT
WORK SCHEDULE: 20 hours/week
HOURLY BREAKDOWN:
Work schedule varies depending on evening & weekend events. Generally, Tuesday -
Friday, Sunday
REPORTS TO: Production Manager, Resourcing

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with various aspects of production including (but not limited to) weekend

services, events, installs, administrative tasks, and maintenance.

• Assist in maintaining the Main Auditorium:
• Backstage cleaned and organized
• Rack Room organized
• FOH clean and organized
• Assist in maintaining/tracking items being fixed or replaced
• Attend various department meetings as requested
• Help create and maintain a healthy team culture
• Provide weekend support to campuses as directed by the Production Director
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Production Leadership

• Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, prioritize and organize tasks and

resources to effectively meet deadlines and achieve specific results while
keeping focus on the mission at hand

• Creating a collaborative environment for staff and volunteers
• Ability to learn and operate all areas of production
• Ability to lead and grow teams
• Communicating often, clearly, and in a timely manner
