We are currently seeking a Program Manager to assist the Director with management and operation of the Employment program, while providing case management to consumers receiving services.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring that the program is maintained in a safe, sanitary and programmatically appropriate manner which meets Federal, State and Local Regulations.
Scheduling, attending, and leading team meetings for assigned individuals.
Developing Individual Plans (IPs) with appropriate goals and outcomes.
Educating staff and monitoring their implementation of Individual Plans (IPs) and Behavior Plans.
Ensuring that all data is being collected in accordance with behavior plan and IP goals.
Reviewing IP files and medical records to ensure they are in compliance with DDA regulations.
Providing drop-in supervision by flexing schedule to meet with assigned individuals in their home.
Ensures that all services and data are input correctly in CIMS for all programming needs.
Applicants must have flexibility in their schedules for potential on site job visits with consumers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
