Bayside Harley-Davidson needs to hire a full-time Title Clerk to process tag and title paperwork, add motorcycles to inventory, perform accounting functions, and more. Responsibilities – Title Clerk:
- Prepare tag and title registration documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare out-of-state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
- Issue customer refunds Schedule reconciliation
- Perform other duties as requested to assure optimum service levels
Qualifications/Requirements - Title Clerk:
Tag & title experience is required – Harley-Davidson experience is a plus!- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and strong attention to details
- Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Valid driver's license
