We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent guest relations skills and be comfortable with phone systems.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department- Provide guests with information about the resort and amenities- Process payments and maintain accurate records- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong customer service skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using phone systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
