What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Receptionist/Tech(full-time) position at Bayside Physical Therapy?
We are currently looking for a positive and career driven individual to join our growing team. The position to be filled is a full-time patient account representative at our Glen Burnie location. These facilities are energetic and busy requiring an individual who can multitask and perform various duties in order to serve our patients and provide them with the best care possible.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· assisting patients and therapists
· answering phones, scheduling patients, and collecting co-payments
· data entry
· understanding patient benefits and being able to explain benefits to patients
· processing patient financial collections
Some experience preferred, with opportunity to advance.
Our clinics are open 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday-Thursday and close early on Fridays. You must be able to work Monday-Friday.
