**Job Description:**
We're seeking a highly motivated Biopharmaceutical Production Associate to support our operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our biopharmaceutical products, from raw materials to finished goods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support production operations, including equipment setup and maintenance
- Analyze and troubleshoot processing issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and practices
- Monitor and report on departmental metrics to drive continuous improvement
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Understanding of process theory and equipment operation
- Ability to learn biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including mammalian cell culture, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, column chromatography, protein purification, and formulation of bulk drug substances
- Demonstrated proficiency in automation systems (LIMS, MES, PI, etc.)
- Capability to write and review process documents
- Knowledge of cGMPs as related to Commercial Operations
