Business Analyst, Office 365
W2 Contract-to-Hire
Salary Range: $124,800 - $145,600 per year
Location: New York, NY - Hybrid Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage business relationships, deliver activities, training, and communications to our Office 365 Champions, and onboard and manage interactions with our membership.
- Track, analyze, and manage all updates and enhancement communications of Microsoft 365 apps.
- Collaborate on research and development of Microsoft AI tools, analyze and communicate use cases and best practices, and promote AI adoption throughout the organization.
- Help implement Microsoft Copilot across the company.
- Manage End User Productivity (EUP), Viva Engage Community, and all other forms of communication, including global email and intranet communications.
- Manage and create SharePoint sites and documentation for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts regarding Office 365 usage.
- Track and report on Microsoft 365 usage to leadership.
- Manage overall demand management for new project requests and determine the best solution for new requests.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office 365; can act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Able to multitask and manage priorities
- Project Management experience; able to research and bring new ideas and perspectives to stakeholders
