What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seamstress Apprentice position at Baysingers Uniforms & Equipment?
We are looking for a new teammate that truly enjoys working with people. We have a 90 day onboarding period and raise is traditional at the end of training. Starting pay ranges from $12.00-$12.50 an hour.
Basic sewing experience will be a factor as we look for someone we can add to the team and develop into a seamstress. Also, completing the testing and questions that are part of our application process is required in order to be eligible to interview. In addition to training you to sew we would also like to cross train you on our other embellishment methods.
At Baysingers we are focused on providing products and service to Police, Fire, EMS, and Security Personnel as well as some corporate customers. Everyday we get the privilege of working with and assisting, the First Responders in the markets in which we work. We are growing rapidly, and are in a very exciting time in our companies history. Our team is a biggest differentiator from our competition so we will prioritize fit and attitude above experience.
