BaySmiles is a Bayside, NY based organization that provides dental services to adults. BaySmiles is located in Bayside, NY.

We are seeking a motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team! The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of treatment services provided to patients in our facility. This position will report directly to the Clinical Director and provide administrative support for the treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of treatment program administration including scheduling, admissions, case management, and discharge planning.
• Manage all treatment program records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records throughout the duration of treatment.
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and timely in a timely manner in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Assist with monitoring of new patients entering the program.
• Assist with monitoring of new patients leaving the program.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality of patient records.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff, clients, and other staff members as directed by the director or supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.

Required Skills & Abilities:
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMR systems (ADAM) preferred but not required.
·Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on available resources.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
