- Assist with project planning, estimation, and timeline management
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices
- Suggest improvements to business processes and system capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment required
- Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and others
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Certification in Business Analysis or relevant Agile certifications preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems or industry-specific applications preferred
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture preferred
- Familiarity with automation tools, machine learning, or AI technologies is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex technical and business requirements
