What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Data Management TDM LeadArchitect position at Baysquared Inc?
Key Responsibilities :
TDM Architecture & Implementation :
o Architect implement and optimize enterpriselevel Test Data Management (TDM) solutions.
o Develop strategies for data masking data subsetting synthetic data generation and data profiling.
o Design and implement TDM solutions for both onpremises and cloudbased environments (AWSAzure GCP).
Compliance & Security :
o Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations by implementing robust data
obfuscation techniques.
o Work with Broadcom Test Data Manager (CA TDM) BMC File Aid X9 Assist and Voltagetools to facilitate secure and efficient test data provisioning.
Data Integration & Automation :
o Lead data integration and migration projects including mainframe to UNIX migrations.
o Implement Informatica IICSbased data integration solutions and optimize performance for DB2and cloud storage.
o Develop Pythonbased automation scripts for data provisioning and validation.
o Implement and maintain Dockerbased test data environments.
Collaboration & Process Improvement :
o Work closely with QA teams developers and business analysts to define test data requirements.
o Oversee test data reservation golden copy creation and environment refresh cycles.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to TDM engineers and QA teams.
o Drive continuous improvements innovation and automation in TDM best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 13 years in Test Data Management Test Data Engineering and Mainframe Development.
Tools & Technologies :
o Broadcom TDM BMC File Aid X9 Assist Voltage.
o Oracle SQL Server DB2 PostgreSQL Greenplum Hadoop Hive.
o AWS cloudbased data obfuscation.
o COBOL JCL Shell Scripting Python Java.
o Middleware and API testing (SOAP UI RESTful APIs Web Services).
o Ansible & Puppet for automation.
Version Control & Defect Management :
o Experience with HP ALM JIRA MKS ChangeMan Endevor.
Automation & Process Optimization :
o Expertise in automation frameworks and Excel Macros for test data management.
Industry Expertise :
o Health Insurance experience (recent minimum 4 years) is a must
o Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive TDM best practices.
