Job Summary:
Baystate Interpreters, Inc. is a leading provider of professional interpretation and translation services across various industries in Northeastern United States. Our mission is to bridge language barriers and support communication for non-English speaking communities. We are expanding our team and are seeking a dynamic, motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients, coordinating interpreter technical support, and ensuring seamless communication between affected parties. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and product service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate interpreter technical support issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client and interpreter interactions and service details in company databases.
- Communicate effectively with interpreters and clients to resolve software conflicts and provide necessary information.
- Work closely with the operations team to optimize service efficiency.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Support quality assurance efforts by gathering client feedback and suggesting service improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
