Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate schedules for interpreters to ensure optimal coverage for assignments.
- Communicate with clients to confirm language service needs and assignment details.
- Monitor and update scheduling software to reflect accurate availability of interpreters.
- Handle last-minute changes and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain records of assignments, interpreter performance, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team support the operational flow of services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Scheduler, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of scheduling software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
