What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Shipper position at Baystate Pool Supplies?
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the shipping area. The shipper will also assemble orders to be shipped, record shipment data, use vendor terminals to prepare shipping labels, schedule p/u or arrange common carrier deliveries. May load / unload trucks, operate forklift, pallet jack or hand truck. These positions require the ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be available in peak months.
Prior experience in distribution, warehousing and/or customer service is highly desired.
