What You’ll Do
- Assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of events such as birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and themed celebrations.
- Greet event guests and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional experience.
- Serve food, manage activities, and supervise event-specific attractions as needed.
- Provide on-site support to the Event Coordinator and other staff to ensure events run smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces during and after use.
- Address guest questions or concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Have or are willing to obtain a Utah Food Handlers Permit.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be physically able to assist with event setup (e.g., moving tables, decorations).
