Food & Beverage Manager
Position Overview
Seeking an organized, positive, outgoing, and experienced professional to oversee the Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, cost control, ordering, and maximizing revenue from quick-service locations, cabana service, and other F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing a seasonal staff of 35-50.
- Business & Financial Oversight: Analyze sales data, manage cost control, and optimize revenue.
- Guest & Staff Experience: Maintain a positive work environment, foster communication, and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure proper food handling and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Additional Responsibilities: Complete other duties as assigned with a proactive attitude.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume environment
- ServeSafe Manager Certification (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during the waterpark season
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage operations at a waterpark, theme park, or similar setting
