Responsibilities
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, including debits and credits, while promoting bank products and services.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies to ensure security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash management and transaction processing.
- Cash handling experience.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
