Overview
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Information Technology Network Security Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of network security infrastructure and services. The candidate will work closely with IT and Information Security, Risk, and Compliance and other business departments to maintain secure communication channels in alignment with business needs. The candidate must be familiar with Information Security and Networking best practices and their implementation in enterprise networks that support data centers, cloud computing, and onsite and remote workforces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks / responsibilities as requested. Job duties may change as required by the needs of the company.
- Support a wide range of security technologies including, but not limited to : Firewall, IDS, SIEM, VPN, CASB, ZTNA, NAC, and Secure Messaging.
- Support public cloud security networking infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and various SaaS services.
- Monitor security systems and networking infrastructure for issues of compromise or performance degradation.
- Create and maintain network security documentation, diagrams, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in IT Security incidents, tests, audits and third-party reviews.
- Keep apprised of industry security trends and current network threat profiles.
- Participate in the IT Security Engineering on-call rotation.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
