We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Management System and meeting the objectives of the Compliance department.
The successful candidate will have a high level of interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to handle complex legal matters. They will also have solid organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Compliance department in meeting its objectives and implementing compliance-related requirements
- Provide analysis and recommendations to management on risks and potential liability associated with compliance matters
- Communicate regulatory requirements to affected business units and ensure timely implementation
- Assist in identifying risk areas and trends to the Compliance team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of mortgage lending experience
- Knowledge and experience related to traditional federal and state consumer financial laws and regulations governing loan origination and/or servicing
- Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration: Various professional certifications and licenses
