What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Control Analyst position at BayView Industries of Green Bay Inc?
Summary: The Inventory Control Analyst will work independently, and as part of a team, to support the purchasing and production efforts of multiple divisions while assisting them in optimizing their inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy and reducing aged/obsolete inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Approves purchase orders
- Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Manages item master and bill of material tables
- Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories
- Prepares monthly reports
- Maintains vendor pricing records
- Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts
- Develops and maintains product configurator software
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-year Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred
