The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following key duties:

- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and convert them into qualified leads.
- Provide technical sales support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our technology solutions.
- Offer exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have prior sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in technical sales, technology sales, or similar industries is highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish is also a significant advantage.
